Luxury Waterfront Condo

Welcome to luxury waterfront living where Spokane River and Lake Coeur d'Alene meet! Located on the waterfront of the Riverstone Development, our condo provides urban living but yet surrounded by nature.

This contemporary style condo sleeps two. Step outside for a walk on the 24-mile paved North Idaho Centennial Trail or ride our bikes 1 mile to City Beach and 2 miles to downtown by car. Or perhaps a stroll to the Riverstone District which has multi-theaters, shops, restaurants, or Starbucks is your mood. Don't want to leave the building? Then head downstairs to two restaurants serving delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner with river view dining!

A river-front condo equipped with a king-size platform bed, fully stocked kitchen, patio tables and chairs, propane grill, and a laundry room. Bathroom sink separate from luxurious walk-in shower. Hair dryer, iron/board, toiletries provided, well-equipped amenities throughout. Solar roller shades in living area for additional privacy, 55" Smart TV with lots of channels, reclining oversized loveseat and dedicated parking space in a secured garage. All the comforts of home and more! And we have high-speed wireless connection!

Wonderful place to stay

This is an excellent property with great views of the Spokane River. There are two great restaurants on the main floor of the condos and a great bike/walking trail.

CDA condo

This condo has a beautiful view of the river, is 5 min from downtown and close to shops/restaurants. The trail for walking and biking is right across the street. The host provides detailed instructions with photos for check-in and responds quickly to messages.

Amazing property and location.

The condo was in the perfevt location with a spectacular view of the lake. Amenities were first class from the furnishings, to quality of the comforts; bedding, towels, recliners, big screen TV, etc. Owner was so nice and flexible too.

Where is returning back to many times

Once again, a wonderful stay. Our host is amazing and the property is perfect. So enjoyable to sit and have coffee in the morning and watch the birds fly by over the river.

The condo was super clean and a great view! So quiet we thought we had the whole building to ourselves! Very secure building. The trail along the river was very nice for evening walks. The cafe downstairs was great.

Fabulous Stay

Lolita’s condo was exactly as described and very well equipped. The location was perfect and we were able to enjoy morning coffees on the balcony overlooking the river. It’s a very quiet location and building. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Great place and location. Home is right on the water with a view that is hard to come by. Located within a short distance to all that is happening in the town and freeways to get to other locations in the area. Home is very well maintained and good communications with owners.

River front property with luxurious floor to ceiling windows. We spent a good amount of time on the spacious balcony with a glass of wine & some snacks. Close to restaurants. River walk is very pleasant as it is pedestrian only. The Centennial Trail is a mixed use (bike & walk) trail that is also close by.

Beautiful area, very safe, extremely clean, perfect. Bed was amazing, don’t know the thread count, but it was higher than I’ve ever slept on. BBQ dinner at the rental beat any night out. Kitchen was well equipped, China and serving ware was fabulous. Breakfast downstairs at Peeps was great. Absolutely nothing negative to say, and every aspect of this rental was off the charts perfect. Lolita and her husband made us feel welcome, and helped with any questions about the condo or area that we had.

Beautiful condo on Spokane River close to town

This condo is beautiful with gorgeous views of the Spokane River. It was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. It is close to downtown and several restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 restaurants within the condo complex also. There is a walking or biking path right behind and a beautiful boardwalk along the river in front. I would recommend this condo to any couple who wants to relax and enjoy the scenery from the balcony! Looking forward to returning in the future!

Coeur d' Alene Condo

Extremely nice location with large balcony overlooking the Spokane river just upstream from CDA lake. Condo accommodations were all top notch with fully equipped large kitchen. Bath/bedroom very clean. Very comfortable king size bed. Underground parking garage with elevator made parking very convenient. Two very good restaurants located in same building and immediately adjacent to the condo. Host Lolita stayed in contact as needed via text messages throughout the reservation process and our stay. Bottomline - Deluxe accommodations! Great Host! We will be back!!!

This place was awesome owner was communicative and detailed with all instructions. Although we didn’t cook the kitchen is large and has lots of counter space to prep and work with. But the best part is the river view.

The condo is lovely and well maintained. We had a problem getting into front door of the lobby, but quite easy access through the garage entrance.Besides the noise of the jet boats during the day and a little noise from the Peep restaurant below, the area was quiet. The hostess of the condo was very good to deal with as she responded to all questions and comments on a timely basis.Enjoyable stay by all.
