Luxury Lake View with Sauna

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, a king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and a queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. Enjoy relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views in our new sauna!

Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Even better than the photos. Breathe-taking lake and mountain views, immaculately clean, beautifully designed rental close to everything. Beautiful property, incredibly relaxing. Very private! Our two big dogs enjoyed the space, the metal grate stairs took a little adjusting to get them used to entering the property, but they figured it out!

I would rate it higher than 5 if possible. The only drawback, which the host is up front about, is the stairs upto the entrance. If you have a dog it could be a challenge but our golden navigated them fine. It was a small price to pay for an otherwise wonderful stay.

Glorious last day of a 4th of July trip

Beautiful and modern apartments with a great lake view. Quiet area compared to other lakes we went to. We really enjoyed it and it looks like they're about to add a sauna... ;)

My husband, dog and I had a lovely one night stay at Jaclyn’s home on our way back from a road trip. The view was outstanding and the home is so beautiful. One of the best you’ll ever find!

This is easily one of the most wonderful VRBOs you’ll ever find. The view and patio alone are worth the stay! The apartment is immaculate, with every possible amenity you could need provided. I absolutely can not wait to return! - if this is available, book without hesitation!!

Amazing view and so relaxing. Jackie is an exceptional host. She thought of everything. So clean and comfortable. Definitely will be back. We bought booties for our Gracie to manage the stairs and it worked out perfectly.
