This Bungalow is a compact, luxurious cottage in the heart of midtown that is perfect for friends or a couple of couples to set up home base for exploring all Coeur d'Alene and North Idaho have to offer. The two bedroom suites close off for privacy and comfort, and the couch converts into an additional bed for a few more guests. The kitchenette feels like a full kitchen and is equipped with everything you could need to make a family meal or make a spread with friends.

The gas grill and side patio seating make lounging outdoors an easy choice for sunny summer days. The Bungalow is also close to both downtown and midtown Coeur d’Alene and all the shopping, dining, recreation, and events the city has to offer. The interstate is also just up the street and will take you to explore the mountains, ski resorts, parks, trails, mines, and towns of North Idaho.

Family Gathering

The house was perfect for 4 adults for a weekend stay as we visited family in the area. It is small, but very cozy and fit our needs well. A longer stay with 4 adults might be pushing the comfort level a bit. I think it would serve a family of 2 adults, and 2 younger children better. I would absolutely stay here again.

CDA and Silverwood vacation

We rented this home for a weekend away and spent our time at Silverwood Theme Park- it was about a 25 minute drive to the theme park and close to everything else in CDA (lake, downtown). The unit is smaller but it worked just fine for our family of 4.

Wendy and Thomas are the owners and hosts of this property. They always leave a bottle of wine for your arrival and will be available for any questions and concerns you may have. They live in the main house facing 2nd Avenue but your area is totally secluded and private and your space is yours during your stay. Wendy`s email and phone is provided to you if you need anything during your stay. As well as Vacation Retreats (Diana, local management) contact info should you not be able to reach the owners.
