In laidback São Martinho, my apartment is located on the second floor of a modern building and is just minutes away from the beach and beautiful cliffside views on foot. A very touristic area with bars and restaurants nearby, many of which experience frequent activity.

Enjoy a spacious living and dining area, perfect for unwinding after a long day out. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island with bar stools for homestyle meals. Plus, a private balcony with outdoor furniture to bask in the Mediterranean sun and breeze.

There are three bedrooms: 2 of which are fitted with queen beds, and 1 room equipped with twin beds. All beds are lined in hotel-quality linens. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with everything you'll need, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

São Martinho is a charming coastal town off the mainland, known for its stunning natural scenery, warm climate, and laid-back atmosphere. The city boasts a beautiful bay with calm waters and a sandy beach, making it a popular destination for swimming and water sports. Additionally, São Martinho is renowned for its delicious seafood restaurants and lively nightlife. The town is popular with locals and tourists alike, and the best time to visit is the summer when the weather is warm and sunny. São Martinho is easily accessible by plane, with flights from Portugal taking approximately 1 hour.

Getting around São Martinho and nearby Funchal is relatively easy, with several transportation options. São Martinho is a small town, and most of its attractions are within walking distance, making it convenient to explore on foot. Public transportation, including buses and taxis, is readily available and affordable, with frequent services connecting São Martinho and Funchal. Additionally, São Martinho is served by Madeira International Airport, located approximately 25 kilometres from the town. Taxis and rental cars are available at the airport, providing easy access to São Martinho and other destinations on the island.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
