Contemporary style apartment, elegant and comfortable, located on the 1st floor of a family-friendly condominium. This property features three bedrooms with excellent natural light and a relaxing atmosphere: a suite with a double bed, closet, and private bathroom with bathtub; two bedrooms with closets, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.

The spacious living room includes a dining table, a small work area, and an inviting sitting area. Access to the balcony is through the living room, where you can enjoy a privileged view over the horizon and the building's gardens—perfect for leisure moments, reading, or having a coffee.

The property also offers a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a separate laundry room. During your stay, you may use the swimming pool, tennis court, gardens, and playground, all common to the condominium. Maximum capacity: 6 people.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The building has an elevator. Private parking is available for two cars.

AREA
Located on Rua Velha da Ajuda, in the Monumental Palace II building, this property is in a consolidated area with nearby shops and services, just minutes from Praia Formosa. The gated community is in a quiet and safe area, close to Funchal city centre and the promenade connecting Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. Nearby, you’ll find Forum Madeira shopping center, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies, and other services. Funchal city centre offers various tourist attractions and activities, whether cultural, adventurous, or nature-related.

Please note: Construction works are underway in the vicinity, so occasional daytime noise may occur.

The best way to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book one with our local partners, which is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
- A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in Funchal: €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14.00 max per person/stay). You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival.
- A deposit of €150 is required in advance to confirm your reservation.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
