The third WC includes a shower and is located in an area common to all the areas of the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a dining area. With a large living room, divided in two areas, a living area and a dining area, this accommodation has the capacity to host a maximum of 6 people, making it ideal to share a family holiday or with a group of friends. The living room and the kitchen have a common access to the outdoor space with sea view and that is equipped with garden furniture suitable for a break to relax, read a book, have a coffee or even enjoy some wonderful sunbaths.
The decoration is simple and current, offering all the necessary comfort and practicality for a pleasant stay.
The property is a 2-minute walk from the Miradouro da Nazaré viewpoint, which offers incredible views over the city of Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. The building is roadside and close to a public bus stop, bakeries and restaurants.

The great advantage of this accommodation is that it is a 7-minute drive from Funchal city centre and relatively close to the expressway accesses that take you quickly to other locations. Make the most of your stay to explore the four corners of Madeira Island, but if you choose to stay in Funchal, be aware that the capital offers countless experiences and activities! On your way to Funchal visit the emblematic Quinta Magnolia Garden, which has a wonderful children's play area, picnic areas, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, a restaurant and a café with a fantastic terrace. In the centre of Funchal, don't miss out on the cable car ride up to Monte or the Botanical Garden, or the CR7 Museum, the Funchal Marina, Santa Catarina Park or the Baltazar Dias Theatre. There are many other landmarks in this city that you can choose from depending on your time and interest.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
