BEST LOCATION: City center, near New York cafe, fully equipped private apartment, clean, homey and comfortable. PERFECT for couples, groups of friends and families. Easy transportation and shopping access.

Walking distance to Budapest main attractions, food places and Old Jewish Quarters (now Party District VII), but less noisy and touristic.

We are FAMILY FRIENDLY and child safe. Apartment is absolutely private for your travel mates and friends.
PROVIDED: Free WiFi, good coffee machine, clean towels & bed sheets, washing/drying/ironing facilities, fully equipped kitchen, everything you might need. Several big shops are just in 5 min walk.
Parking can be available at the apartment on the street; parking is free on Saturday/Sunday and on holidays. There are secure paid parking lots available nearby.

WHAT TO DO and NEAR BY:
Many tourist spots are around: legendary New York Café, Budapest State Opera, several UNESCO World Heritage attractions, Andrassy Boulevard, ultimate meeting point Oktogon and a Liszt Ferenc Square (hosting dozen great restaurants and cafes). Champs Elysées of Budapest - Heroes Square (Hosok Tere), The City Park (Varosliget) with the Zoo, Szechenyi thermal baths (a must for any visitor to Budapest), many Museums (Fine Arts, House of Terror, Applied Arts) all are very close to the apartment.

We had a wonderful but short stay in Budapest. The location is perfect right downtown and next to a park. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious and very charming, high ceilings, large windows, amenities provided for all necessities including cooking in the kitchen. The property manager communicated well and provided easy and thorough check-in instructions. We would love to stay there again for a longer visit in Budapest. Gute Lage. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war andwandfrei.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, liegt im einem Haus mit einem schönen Innenhof, das typisch für Ungarn ist.Sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne und sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Einziges Manko ist, dass es nur ein (Schlaf-)Zimmer mit Tür gibt, das wiederum nicht als Kinderschlafzimmer gedacht ist. So ist es schwierig bis nicht möglich, dass die Kinder vor den Eltern schlafen gehen.

Schöne Stadt Budapest

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral! Leider ist schon ein bisschen abgewohnt, diese müsste Mal wieder modernisiert werde. Die Kücheneinrichtung, wie Toaster, Kaffeemaschine sind nicht auf den neuesten Stand, die Pfannen sind nicht verwendbar, der große Herd ist zwar schön, aber kein Ofen zum Aufbacken von Pizza vorhanden! Die Wohnung war sauber und die Handtücher, Bett und Bettwäsche waren in Ordnung. Die Wohnung war sehr preiswert und so im gegenwärtigen Zustand ausreichend. Also Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist OK.

Spacious and conveniently located apartment

Very large apt with separate living area with sofa, nice separate kitchen area, high ceilings. It is 6-8 minutes from the tram line which is on the major street with multiple restaurants, bars and 20-25 min from the river. We walked virtually every where but all public transportation is close including metro 20 min in the other direction. Perfect location to explore, many streets with cafes etc. Highly recommended

Apartment has a great location at the city center. Access to shops, restaurants and public transport is very easy. Right in front of the apartment there is a green park with playground for kids and dogs. Safe and FAMILY FRIENDLY neighbourhood.

What makes this property unique

We speak English, Russian, Hungarian.
We are located at the city center in a short walking distance to the New York Cge and many other attractions: Andrassy, thermal bath, opera and much more. Vibrant buzzing Old Jewish (also Party Quarters) of District 7 is near by, this is a perfect location for fun, galleries, pubs, bars and clubs. At the same time our area is more quiet.
Parking is free on Saturday/Sunday and on holidays. There are secure paid parking lots available nearby.
FOR CHILDREN: Right in front of the house there is a nice park with large free playground and fountain.
WHAT TO DO and NEAR BY:
