Magnificent Luxury Villa Dominic

This magnificent, modern, high-style villa offers 233 square meters, optimal for accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking or serving meals. There is also a spacious living room lit by sunlight for pleasant gatherings with family and friends. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet for all guests. On the first floor of the villa there are three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have a separate shared bathroom, and one bedroom has its own bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by 612 square meters of fenced yard that you can use for your group's unhindered gatherings. You can sunbathe next to the large 35 square meter pool or refresh yourself in it. Next to the pool there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill, so that you can prepare meals to your taste by the pool.
In the yard, two parking spaces are offered inside the fence and two outside. Villa Dominic's entertainment facilities include a slide, swings and a playroom for children, while adult guests can have fun playing table football. Only 100 meters from the villa there is a beautiful bicycle path through the Mediterranean nature typical of that area.
