The geographical position of the villa is very central and easily gives the chance to visit the most important Tuscan cities of art (Florence, Montecatini, Pistoia, Collodi with its Pinocchio theme park, Pisa, Lucca and la Versilia). Access to the house is via a short, well-maintained gravel road.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich. Man kümmert sich um Fragen oder Wünsche umgehend, alles wirkt sehr gut organisiert. Die Lage in mitten von Olivenbäumen und Wein toll. Der top gepflegte Garten mit Terrasse und Pool ist perfekt. Das benachbarte Dorf mit sehr gut sortiertem Supermarkt erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Erg fijn appartement! Wij hadden het appartement boven; Rossello.
Erg authentieke aankleding, die je meteen in vakantiesfeer brengt. Grote ruimtes, alles is aanwezig. Zelfs een wasmachine en vaatwasser. In beide slaapkamers was zowel een airco als plafond ventilator aanwezig. Ook in de huiskamer was een plafond ventilator. Er zijn horren voor de ramen en luikjes. Bedden zijn erg fijn.
Er kunnen totaal 4 appartementen verhuurd worden, maar vaak heb je het terrein voor je alleen of voelt het zo. Het is er fijn rustig. Voldoende ligbedjes met grote parasols op het gras en fijn zwembad, die we vaak voor ons alleen hadden.
Er is ook een tafeltennistafel en basket voor basketbal.
Ook eigen zitje met tafeltennistafel, stoelen en parasol voor appartement.
Prachtige omgeving tussen de wijngaarden en olijfbomen.
Bereikbaar via poort.
Fijne uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving. Pisa en Lucca zijn op nog geen uur te rijden. Florence hebben wij gedaan met de trein vanuit Pistoia.
Erg fijn contact vooraf met de verhuurster en ook mogelijk tijdens het verblijf. Alles wordt duidelijk uitgelegd, ook bij vertrek

Un petit coin de paradis dans la campagne Toscane. très agréable, calme, tout est conforme à la description. la piscine estzun vrai plus et agréable. Les contacts avec l'hôte étaient réactifs, simples.

le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. L environnement est super (vue sur les vignes et les collines). Avec la chaleur nous avons apprécié la piscine. Tout le monde a bien apprécié de se détendre sur la pelouse , sur la terrasse et de jouer au ping pong. Les bemols concernent : -le canapé-lit qui est adapté pour un enfant en bas âge mais pas pour un ado

Fantastische ligging, heel rustig en mooi. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie buitenruimte. Erg veel muggen en de gaas- gordijnen voor de ramen waren zowat allemaal kapot.wij hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (10 jours) dans un logement spacieux, propre, bien équipé (dont climatisation très appréciable en aout :-) ), décoré dans le style toscan. Une grande piscine qui a ravi petits et grands. L'endroit est au calme, dans un cadre agréable au milieu des vignes et des oliviers tout en étant à moins de 10min de Pistoia où l'on trouve commerces, restaurants et un centre ville très sympa à visiter. Le lieu est idéalement situé pour visiter les plus jolis sites de Toscane (Pise (55min), Florence (45min), Lucca (40min), San Giminiano (1h15)...) tout en profitant d'un cadre reposant. Merci à Béatrice pour son accueil à notre arrivée ainsi que pour toutes les informations pratiques fournies tout au long du séjour.
