Very sunny and spacious apartment in front of a park and very close to beach. Close to many restaurants, supermarkets and 15 minutes walking distance from the main commercial area of Gijon. The apartment is also next to many bus stops to get to any other area of the city. Also if you have your own car we have a private parking on the building.
