New vacation home in the Opalia Residence - Gardalake Lifestyle. Opalia Residence offers a modern living concept with fitness room, co-working space, roof top pool with magical views of Lake Garda and the mountains. You can also enjoy the view of the lake from the terrace of the flat.

The flat is perfect for couples and has a bedroom, large bathroom, living and dining area with a large terrace to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, oven, cooking utensils and capsule coffee machine. The flat is fully air-conditioned and also offers a washing machine in the flat and a dryer in the communal laundry room. There is a private garage for your car, wifi and a smart TV. Enjoy your breakfast on the large terrace and relax by the large pool. There you will also find showers and changing room as well as sun loungers (2 per flat).

In the immediate vicinity you will find many shops, restaurants and the weekly farmers' market, as well as a pharmacy, hairdresser and caffeés. You can walk to the lake in about 5 minutes and to the centre of Peschiera del Garda in about 30 minutes.

Garda stay

Overall really good property, however the lake view as listed was not as expected. Had trouble finding the laundry room and requests via email to both owner and company were very poor .

Moderne gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wie in der Beschreibung. Es gibt an der Wohnung nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Leider ist die Garage auf Grund ihrer Lage im Gebäude nur für kleine Autos nutzbar, aber es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Die Müllentsorgung ist für Urlauber sehr schwierig, da beim Auszug alle Müllbehälter leer sein müssen, die Abholung aber erst später erfolgt. Für die Urlauber müsste eine Möglichkeit bestehen den letzen Müll, der immer anfällt, problemlos zu entsorgen.
