La casa è composta da un soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, bagno, camera da letto matrimoniale ( memory), disimpegno con letto a castello (Memory), loggiato e giardino di 300 mq, posto auto, barbecue, lavatoio e doccia esterna con acqua calda.
Ci sono televisore, lavatrice, forno a microonde, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro,
scaldabagno elettrico.
Aria Condizionata.
La casa è posizionata vicino alle spiagge di Cala Marina, Cala Sinzias, Cala Pira e dista appena cinque minuti in auto dalle spiagge di Costarei e Villasimius.
