Beautiful and tastefully decorated, this apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfy sofa bed, a TV and a dining table for three. The windows in the area brighten the room and lead to the small balcony overlooking the city.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Located near a variety of public transportation options, including São Bento Station (5 minutes walk), São Bento (4 minutes walk), and Aliados (9 minutes walk), this accommodation allows you to explore the city conveniently. Enjoy the convenience of being close to many of Porto's attractions while having a private and cosy place to return to after a full day of sightseeing.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Do Not Stay here! You have to walk to unit, unable to be reached by car. if you have luggage you will drag it for a long way and then enter to climb 4 flights of stairs. If after dark it is the most dangerous street in Porto! You will be followed and accosted. We left and went down the street to Pousada dos Flores which was amazing . This place refused to refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I know Porto very well and this venue is fantastic if you want to stay in the city center with all the restaurants, bars and main attractions by walking distance, this is the place.

The apartment was in a good location. Felt very safe and was quiet and comfortable. Easy walk from train station and perfect for checking out all of the sights. It was clean, but not as meticulously maintained as the other places that we rented on this trip.

I never got to stay here as the reservation was cancelled while I was on the bus to Porto. They said it was water damage. I then had to scramble to find another place last minute which was much more expensive. Although I received a full refund, with the exchange rate, I lost over 300 Canadian dollars.I cannot speak to the experience at the apartment and am surprised I am asked for feedback on my stay.

Great location but lots of steps and street noise

We very enjoyed our stay in Porto. The location of the flat is right in the center of everything and about 300 meters from the Sao Bento Train Station. The flat was very clean and communication with the host was great. Be aware the flat is on the 3rd level with no lift and dragging the suitcases up was a bit of a challenge. Also there is significant street noise ( especially on the weekends) and you need to keep the windows open for ventilation. Overall a great stay and a great value.

Not bad though a bit dirty

Except for the quite excessive amount of mold in the bathroom, broken showerhead, a huge stain on the ceiling and stains on the walls the place was decent. The location is great and the checkin easy. Considering the price, we were expecting something slightly more comfortable. All in all just a little sad to have a nespresso machine but instead of cups there are 2 sachets of instant coffee for 3 days. All in all, not unhappy with our stay. Beware though , there is no lift in rhe building

This room’s windows opens on to a very busy and noisy main road even though you enter the building off a quiet alley. If you like to sleep with the windows open, count on it being noisy with car, bus and pedestrian traffic. Safe building and clean apartment with exception of sofa which needs a good cleaning. Location is great if you want walking access to all main sites. It’s on the 3rd floor, no elevator.

The perfect apartment in Porto. Very nicely and comfortably furnished. Everything was very clean and bright. The check in was great, with a key box you could check in at any time. This was very convenient for me as I arrived very late. So nobody had to wait for me. What I liked most was the proximity to the sights. You could see the nearest train station, São Bento, from the window. Not even a 2 minute walk away. There were lots of stores nearby and cafés where you could have a very good breakfast. Everything just a few steps away. Ribeira was less than a 10 minute walk away. I would book this apartment again anytime for my next visit to Porto! It is worth it

É um apartamento pequeno mas confortável. O sofá na sala abre para uma cama de solteiro, mas é bastante desconfortável. As toalhas que nos dão são bastante curtas, mas servem.
