- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund is due within 3 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.

- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumptions (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days booking).
Counts are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the amount of the deposit.
