The studio is located in the peaceful Voula neighborhood on the southern edge of Athens, close to Mount Hymettus. The lovely beaches of Voula and Voyliagmeni are 10 minutes distant and are close to the Glyfada center. Additionally, it is 5 minutes away from a supermarket, a café, a restaurant, and a shopping mall. The sea view is just breathtaking. The house includes a large yard with a BBQ area where you can relax and read a book while drinking coffee. If you prefer being in nature, you can take a stroll on the nature trail that begins right outside the property. It can accommodate a single person or a couple comfortably.
