Sicily Sun is a 150 sqm holiday villa, with 3 bedrooms, including 2 with a double bed and 1 with a French bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, heat pump heating and outdoor parking inside the structure. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, mocha, kettle and toaster.
The heart of the villa is a large bright living room, with windows that open completely onto the outdoor veranda. This living space is designed for conviviality and relaxation, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset or spending pleasant evenings with friends. The outdoor veranda, furnished with comfortable armchairs, is a real extension of the stay, an oasis of tranquility where you can fully enjoy your beach holiday in Mediterranean style. Imagine spending your days relaxing in the villa, alternating moments of reading in the shade of the veranda with sunbathing on the nearby pristine beach.
