This house is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a microwave.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful city of Sintra. Surrounded by stunning parks, palaces, and monuments, this location offers spectacular views and a variety of activities to suit all interests.

For those wishing to explore the city's culture and history, there are several attractions nearby, including Park and National Palace of Pena, Quinta da Regaleira, Sintra National Palace, Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Castelo dos Mouros, Park and Palace of Monserrate, Park Liberdade, and Chalet of the Countess of Edla. These offer a wealth of knowledge and insight into the city's complex history.

For those looking for a bite to eat, several restaurants and bars are nearby, including Incomum, Metamorphosis, Tascantiga, Pizza Hut Sintra (Vila), and Pic Nic.

Located just 1.5 km from Sintra station and 2 km from Portela de Sintra station, this is the perfect spot for those looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
