Quiet Comfort

Nice quiet stay away from the hustle of downtown Comporta (~12 min drive). I enjoyed walking to nearby local coffee shop for my espresso and the Leonardo supermarket for some daily supplies. I’m a little on the taller side; so, had to watch my head when walking through the doors (not an issue if one is under 5’10”). Otherwise, having a/c here is a big plus and necessary given the strong summer alentejo sun.

Nice house, smaller than in the photo’s,

small basic house in a nice quiet location. the frames of the doors are very low. We enjoyed our stay but the maintenance of the garden and bathroom is overdue. The doors of the bedrooms also do not close. We thought the price was very high compared to the quality of the home.
