Accommodation Description The retro charm of the apartment is evident in every corner. It has a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a multifunctional extendable bed that can serve as a sofa, single bed, or double bed with an appropriate mattress. The bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed, making it ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom has a shower and guests will have access to a dedicated laundry room with washing machine located in the same building. The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible to all guests. There are only a few steps to reach it from the main path, and there is also a shorter path that leads directly to the apartment through the terrace, which continues to the communal garden. Please note that the terrace is not fenced.
Access to the Accommodation Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the large terrace with panoramic mountain views. A private parking space is available for guests, but please note that it's rather narrow and more suitable for small cars.
Neighborhood Description The apartment is located in Barzio, a picturesque village in the Valsassina Valley. Barzio is known for its lively atmosphere, with charming cafés, restaurants, and local shops. The village is surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes, making it a perfect base for exploring the region's hiking trails, bike paths, and ski slopes.
Trasporti Barzio is well connected by the D35 bus line, which connects the village to Lecco and other nearby towns. From Lecco, visitors can access trains to Milan, Bergamo and the cities along Lake Como. The bus runs 1-2 times per hour, with the last run around 19:00. If you're arriving by car, free public parking spaces are available nearby, though it can be difficult to find one during high season.

Barzio's proximity to the Piani di Bobbio and Piani d'Artavaggio ski resorts makes it a favorite destination for winter sports enthusiasts. In the warmer months, it is the ideal starting point for panoramic hiking and cycling routes.


The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible to all guests. There are only a few steps to reach it from the main path and a shorter alternative path leads directly to the apartment via the terrace, which continues to the communal garden. Please note that the terrace is not fenced.
