Villa Amapola: This spacious, family-friendly Villa is located in the quiet residential area of
Capistrano Village, 2km from Burriana Playa and 2.5km from Nerja Town. The Villa is
decorated comfortably and with taste. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan
kitchen, dining area, and air conditioning in four bedrooms. , a private heated* swimming pool, and WIFI
with a range of International TV channels. The Villa has panoramic views of the Nerja
coastline to enjoy while dining, relaxing, or enjoying breakfast.
The Villa has several coast-facing terraces with sun loungers, and seating/dining areas to
relax in the sun or shade while enjoying the stunning views. The private pool is enclosed
within the secured garden area and a large BBQ is available within the garden to enjoy
outdoor dining. The Villa has access to high-speed WIFI for families to utilize during their
stay, to catch up on social media or work-related activities. Guests also have full access to a
larger urbanisation swimming pool which is situated adjacent to the Villa if guests wish to
enjoy some more intensive swimming exercise.
Two large supermarkets (Mercadona & Carrefour) are located 1km from the villa and will
cater for all the family's needs. An excellent Tennis Club facility is 1km from the Villa and
caters for all skill levels, including lessons and equipment hire. Parking - The Villa has off-
street parking facilities which consists of a small urbanisation car park behind the Villa. A
local bus stop is 50 yards from the front door for trips to Nerja and local amenities.

Top floor:
● Large main suite bedroom with a super king-size bed, air-con, ensuite WC, bidet and
shower, a walk-in dressing room and a discreet terrace from the main bedroom.
● 2nd large double bedroom with air-con, large terrace, comfortable sun loungers and
uninterrupted views of the Nerja coast.
Ground floor:
● Kitchen/dining area with air-con, living room, access to the main terrace, large family
dining table, and a comfortable seating lounge.
● 3rd bedroom with two comfortable single beds, air conditioning and wardrobes.
● 4th bedroom with a super king-size bed, air-con with wardrobes and access to the
main terrace.
● Second bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
Lower ground floor:
● Self-contained apartment ideal for grand-parents or relatives who wish for their own
area.
● 5th bedroom with super king size bed, walk-in dressing area.
● Second kitchen-living space with air-con, dining area and access onto the pool
terrace.
● Pool terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers adjacent to the pool area.
● Third bathroom with WC, bidet and shower.
*There is the option to add a folding bed ideal for children into the bedrooms: subject to
request and charges
