Maria’s house is exactly as described. We had a lovely holiday. Maria is very easy to contact and she responds immediately, also she is super helpful!

This is a lovely, well-equipped villa which largely matched the VRBO description. We normally book private, detached villas & hadn't realised that this villa is actually semi-detached. It's also beside a fairly busy road. Most people would be fine with this location, we just tend to choose very quiet, detached villas.The villa was very well-equipped, with lots of amenities. The kitchen needs a little updating, as most of the shelves are missing from the fridge-freezer & the rubber seal on the oven has broken, so ants sometimes got into the oven.It's very well laid out & the air con in all 4 bedrooms was great in the heat. There are lots of areas outside to either sunbathe or relax in the shade, including the fab day bed and swing seat.The villa is well-located, only 2.5 km from the beautiful village of Frigiliana & about 4km from the centre of Nerja. The area & scenery are stunning and Nerja is full of great sights, shops & restaurants.The only issue we had was that the wi-fi was extremely poor (we have 2 teens!) & even WhatsApp messages would often not go through and we couldn't stream movies. Maria was very responsive when we raised this (wi-fi speed was less than 5 mbps & TV had no signal) but even after a week when a technician came, it only went up to 9 mbps, so I think this is actually the normal wi-fi for the villa.Maria was very responsive generally & even messaged us to advise us about local events that we might wish to attend, we had a lovely stay.

Fin de semana con amigas

La casa se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado, por cuanto esta muy cerca de Nerja y Frigiliana. Es acceso es muy cómodo y próximo a la autovia. Las vistas al mar son estupendas desde la zona exterior. Muy cómodo y equipado el porche, con tumbonas y mesas, sillas y bancos para comer y disfrutar del buen tiempo. Barbacoa. El interior cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y baños, en muy buen estado. Muy recomendable parcial grupos grandes.

A la casa no le falta de nada, además de tener buenas vistas, ubicación,... para repetir de nuevo. La recomiendo.

Todo fenomenal, la casa es una maravilla, el salón con billar, Ping pong y futbolín nos ha entretenido durante buenas horas y las vistas y la zona estupendas, el pueblo es muy bonito

Il s'agit d'une maison qu...

Il s'agit d'une maison qui doit être agréable en été même s'il n'y a pas d'air conditionné; par contre, pas du tout préparée pour louer en hiver. La puissance électrique (plus ou moins 3500W)de la maison ne supporte, en aucun cas, le chauffage indispensable le soir en hiver: nous devions débrancher un ou 2 radiateurs électriques portables car ils ne fonctionnaient pas tous à la fois. De fait, l'eau chaude obtenue par panneaux solaires qui doivent bien marcher en été mais pas en hiver, vu qu'un système électrique de soutien (le nôtre était débranché et nous avons passé 1 jour et demi sans pouvoir nous doucher)doit se mettre en marche automatiquement...mais nous ne l'avons pas su jusqu'à ce que l'on en parle à la propriétaire et qu'elle nous informe de cette solution. Mais, bien entendu, les problèmes d'électricité se sont multipliés. À notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'ustensiles ou certains étaient en mauvais état. Il est vrai que lorsqu'on a réclamé, la propriétaire nous a tout apporté. Mais pourquoi a-ton besoin de réclamer...? Les ustensiles ne pourraient-ils pas être sur place à l'arrivée des vacanciers? En bref, la maison est bien, l'endroit et la vue magnifiques, d'accès facile. C'est vraiment dommage que , pour ne pas augmenter la puissance électrique installée, 15 ampères (ridicule pour une villa de cette taille), la maison n'ait pas le confort minimum exigé. Il suffirait simplement de quelques euros d'investissement, pas trop, pour que cette maison soit, ce qu'elle n'est pas pour l'instant, magnifique et confortable.À ne pas louer au moins en hiver.

"Maison spacieuse ;bien conçue : chaque chambre a une salle de bain ; vue magnifique ; hors de la ville un peu en hauteur en direction de Frigiliana : idéal pour la chaleur ; un super coin barbecue avec un four à pain (fonctionnel) ; draps et serviettes changés en cours de séjour ; propriétaire très gentil et surtout disponible joignable via le mobile : vraiment rien à redire Location à recommander !"

"Maison mitoyenne (attention les voisins) Maison ou il n'y a que 4 chambres (chaque chambre ayant 3 lits), convient pour 10 mais certainement pas 14. La route est juste derriere et les voisins ont des chiens qui aboient. Pas de matériel pour cuisiner. Malgré tout la maison est agréable. Pour trouver des plages agréables il faut aller plus loin car près de Nerja les plages sont minuscules, bondées.."

"cuando salieron de la casa, les pregunte a la señora y al marido y me dijeron todo muy bien, todo perfecto, no entiendo nada el ruido de los perros ese comentario no es real y también que no había utensilios para la cocina no lo entiendo porque en ningún momento me dijeron nada de habérmelo dicho yo hubiera repuesto cualquier cosa que le hiciera falta siempre intento que todos mis clientes estén lo mejor posible y de mejorar la estancia de ellos en la casa siento mucho lo de esta familia, pero en ningún momento me dijeron nada al contrario me dijeron que todo perfecto si me hubieran dicho algún yo hubiera solucionado el problema enseguida "

"Superbe maison, propriétaires adorables. La maison est très bien situé une vue sur la mer superbe. la maison est calme. l''environnement (Nerja et frigiliana) reste très joli. la maison est bien équipée. lave vaisselle (indispensable...) et lave linge. seul petit hic (pas de clim (mais ce n''est pas spécifie sur l''annonce !! )) la plage est à 4 ou 5 KM. préférer plutôt la plage de MARO un peu plus loin mais bien plus agréable (sable)..."

"Point négatifs : La distance entre la maison louée est la plage est plus importante que celle indiquée dans l'annonce (6km au lieu de 2km). Un véhicule est nécesssaire pour s'y rendre. La maison manque considérablement de vaisselle et d'ustensiles pour le nombre de personnes qu'elle peut accueillir. Points positifs : La maison est spacieuse, calme et confortable. Elle était très propre à notre arrivée. Elle est bien exposée, dispose d'une belle vue et d'une bonne facilité d'accès. L'urbanisation est absente de NERJA, contrairement à MARBELLA par exemple. Nous avons été globalement satisfaits."
