A simple yet comfortable country house with a swimming pool, situated in a very peaceful, completely fenced-in setting in the countryside. The sea can be seen from the terraces; the nearest beach is Cala Bassa, just 2 km away. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are only 1 km away.
The house is surrounded by countryside and very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The 8x4m swimming pool has a large stone terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture, and there is a porch with a dining area and two comfortable armchairs. Inside, there is a living-dining room, a separate kitchen and three bedrooms: one with a 135cm bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and the third with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. In total, there are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
There is a barbecue area with a table and chairs overlooking the pool and the countryside.
There is also a sun terrace with sea views.
The nearest beaches are Cala Bassa (2 km), Port des Torrent (2.5 km); Cala Conta (5.7 km), where you can enjoy Ibiza’s best sunsets; Cala Tarida (4.9 km), Cala Moli (6 km) and Cala Vadella (10 km), amongst others.
