PH2 is a Fantabulous stay! On a quiet street of off Masaryk, a street similar to 5th Avenue NYC. The penthouse is Spacious and beautifully furnished; had all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay in CDMX. David was an attentive host before and during our stay. We (6 adults) truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family for future visits!

EXCELLENT STAY! Great host and convenient location

David is an excellent host. Took care of all our wants need. Very luxurious clean property in a convenient location with high end restaurants and shops within walking distance.. stayed here for two weeks and time just flew by. Penthouse is nice and New. Great security as well. Never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again!! A+!!!!!

Our three-night stay in this Polanco penthouse was exceptional. The neighborhood is beautiful—quiet, leafy, and extremely safe—yet just steps from luxury shopping, from Louis Vuitton to Mexican designer Pineda Covalin. Quintonil, one of the best restaurants in North America, is less than a mile away. The building is spotless, with a 24/7 doorman and fast, spacious elevators.The apartment is modern, elegant, and tastefully decorated—clearly by someone with great style. Bedrooms are comfortable and have air-conditioning, while the main living area, bright with morning sun, can get a little warm. Everything is wheelchair accessible, another big plus. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies were plentiful. We especially loved the large terrace for dining and relaxing, and the laundry room made longer stays easy.Our host, David, was fabulous—friendly, attentive, and impressively responsive. Before arrival, he answered every question promptly and offered helpful local tips. During our stay, any question or request was answered within an hour. His professionalism and kindness made our visit seamless from start to finish.It’s a short Uber ride to Costco for supplies, but also near gourmet wine and cheese shops. We didn’t use the upstairs game-room loft, but it’s perfect for teens or adults who enjoy billiards. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—this Polanco penthouse and its outstanding host made our Mexico City visit unforgettable!

Modern Penthouse in Polanco

This is a recently renovated 3-level, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom penthouse with several outdoor decks, spacious living, dining and kitchen areas, laundry room and loft with a TV, games and seating. Each bedroom has a en-suite bathroom. Building has a 24-hour guard in the lobby and modern elevator. A short walk to dozens of restaurants, shops and parks. Would happily return here for our next visit to Mexico City. One thing to be aware of that were not problems for us, but could be for light sleepers: there is no A/C, which means you might want to sleep with the window open, which also means you will get some street noise at night. Each bedroom had a large fan that makes plenty of white noise. Earplugs might also be a good idea if you are sensitive to noise.
