Cozy, comfortable and very well equipped villa located at the foot of the Benimeit hill, approximately 3km from the center of the town, with beautiful open views and the sea. Gardened and very well equipped plot. Parking area inside the plot.

Distributed over two floors, only the ground floor is available (the upper floor is not inhabited) which is distributed in living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with double bed and naya. Terrace, pool and barbecue area.

Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room.

The "check in" will take place at the agency, with entry from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and "check out" (departures) before 10:00 a.m.
Bed linen, toilet towels, final cleaning, air conditioning (with reasonable consumption) and taxes included in the price.

Groups of young people under 30 years of age are not admitted.
Parties and events are not allowed.
No more people than those allowed can spend the night in the home.
