This stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment aptly named, 'Absolute Beach', is a delight.

From the ground floor, up a few steps, takes you onto the good sized balcony which is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, and a sofa. Entering through the floor to ceiling patio doors you come into the large lounge and open plan kitchen which is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated, with all totally new furniture, and furnishings, kitchen equipment, dining table and chairs for 6 people, large sofa, Smart TV.

Going through to the central hallway, here you have the three bedrooms. The good sized Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large modern en-suite bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has two single beds, the other guest bedroom has a chaise longue bed with another single bed that pulls out from underneath, both sharing the guest bathroom.

Every room enjoys full hot & cold air conditioning, and there is free fast fibre internet installed, making this apartment ideal for a Flexcation. Working from this location will be a delight.

There is also a well maintained park on the beach front with a picnic area that is lit up at night, very pretty indeed.

Just a short walk takes you into the town centre of pretty Moraira. However, surrounding the apartment is a large selection of bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a bakery, so a car is not necessary.

If you do decide to have a car, there are parking spaces directly outside the apartment, also a car park very close by.
