Comfortable apartment 150 meters from the main beach of Moraira, facing the park. Located on the first and ONLY floor of the residence, it consists of a large living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms-suite bathroom. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped. A great and pleasant terrace with barbecue overlooking the Moraira Park and you can see the sea through the beautiful palm trees. Air conditioning, heating, fireplace. Satellite television channels, internet wifi included in the rental. Private parking. Since the apartment and without moving your car, you can walk through the center of Moraira, visit the beautiful marina, go shopping, or enjoy a good restaurant. The medical center is also close to the residence. Finally, if you come in June you will enjoy the famous festival of 'Moros y Cristianos' and mid-July you can attend from the terrace of your apartment, with magnificent fireworks fired during festivals of Moraira.

Good location and charming host.

Communication with Gerard before we arrived was good but unfortunately when we rang to say we had arrived we had no response to 5 calls as his business number had been given , not his personal number. The apartment was comfortable but the CCTV cameras in both bedrooms and lounge were a bit of a worry, we covered them with socks as we didn't know if they were being monitored. Location was excellent but the bed linen and towels were well worn and could do with replacing. The kitchen and lounge were clean but the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment could have been a little better .The cooker handle was broken as Gerard pointed out on arrival. We were pleased to have a dedicated parking space and enjoyed our stay in Moraira but wouldn't return to the apartment as it needs a little TLC.

Emplacement très bien pour profiter de Moraira et la plage à 200m sans utiliser son véhicule. Très appréciable.Appartement adapté, fonctionnel. Juste petit bémol dysfonctionnement de la clim dans une des 2 chambres et manquerait tout de même une clim dans le séjour. Hôte tres sympathique avec de bons conseils.

Locatie is fantastisch, zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, groot terras met zonneluifel, goede bedden. Voldoende kastruimte. Grote keuken met voldoende apparatuur. Fijne veilige parkeerplaats achter hek-- Douchecabine erg klein met gordijn wat tegen je aanplakt en douchekop moet je in de hand houden. Erg weinig ruimte bij wc's door resp. bidet en wastafel. Over het algemeen achterstallig onderhoud.Omdat je veel buiten verblijft prima appartement.

Had everything that we wanted

The apartment is spacious, and had everything that we wanted including a washing machine, dishwasher, and good wifi. The location is good, with a very short walk to shops, restaurants and the sea. It was very quiet at night, but there's noise from the road during the day. The large balcony has the sun all day. The owner Gerard was very helpful, and it was good knowing that he was nearby if needed.

Sweet apartment

My brother and I stayed at this cute upstairs apartment in Moraira for 5 days. It is just a short walk from the ocean and all sorts of good restaurants and bars. No real ocean view, but the terrace is a very generous size overlooking a small park with many palm trees. There is a built-in brick barbecue on the terrace, and Gerard, the owner, had a good stock of firewood and charcoal. We made brochettes for dinner one night and then sat by the remaining fire. It was perfect for a cool February night. The apartment itself has all the basic amenities. The living room could use a couple of lamps as the overhead lights are sometime more than necessary. Under floor heating made the apartment very comfortable. The only downside we found is that the walls are quite thin, so it's easy to hear neighbors coming and going.
