Friends son’s Stag.

Our group was 3 male colleagues all over 50. Accommodation is excellent, outside space / vista unbeatable. Access from the front is not suitable for anyone with any mobility concerns, very steep steps. There is however a side access if you approach the villa from a different side of Calahonda, this is through an electric gate and is clear and level. There is no TV of any kind available without downloading an app and casting to the TV from your phone. The rear decking is in a state of disrepair and requires replacing. We pulled the loungers off the deck and put them on the grass, so didn’t really affect us. Beautiful accommodation would return. Car essential and get directions to enter via the side gate if you go.

Sehr schönes Haus mit wundervoller Aussicht

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die Küche und der Innenbereich war in einem sehr guten Zustand. In einem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage wohl schon seit längerem defekt, wir bekamen ein mobiles Gerät mit Schlauch, das leider nicht die Wirkung erzielte. Am Pool war es sehr schön. Um den Pool hat sich ein Hausmeister gekümmert, er war ca. alle 2 Tage da. Auch der Rasen wurde regelmäßig gemäht und gepflegt. Der Aussenbereich mit den Liegen entsprach leider gar nicht unsren Vorstellungen von den Fotos. Die Sitzmöbel waren sehr abgenutzt, die Polster gerissen und alt. Die Holzterrasse war nicht nutzbar, da sie verfallen und splittrig war. Den Bereich mit der schönen Aussicht haben wir leider nicht nutzen können. Nach unserer langen Anreise mit drei Kindern haben wir für den hohen Preis einen kleinen Willkommens-Gruß vermisst. Da hatten wir wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser erwartet und schon für weniger Geld mehr Gastfreundlichkeit erhalten. Leider mussten wir am Abend erst mal los um Wasser zu kaufen. Der Whirlpool wäre für einen viel zu teuren Preis mietbar gewesen, das wussten wir allerdings zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht. Eine Liste mit zusätzlich buchbaren Features wäre vor der Vermietung sinnvoll gewesen. Ansonsten war die Dame von der Vermietungs-Agentur sehr nett, die Übergabe lief problemlos.
