Apartment with seafront terrace (Kafara Beach)

A breathtaking terrace on the bay of Sant'Elia with a romantic view of Capo Zafferano, the Kafara beach and its crystal clear sea. The vibrant city of Palermo is only one bay further (30 min driving). Terrazza Trionfante is a panoramic apartment in Mediterranean style located on the second floor of a villa in a privileged position on the sea: on foot you can reach not only the beach but also the beautiful Caletta di Sant'Elia and several restaurants.

The apartment boasts a large waterfront terrace, direct access to the sea (a private and pleasant walk of about 100 steps) and a shared garden. It consists of two bedrooms - both with air conditioning - and two bathrooms, one with toilet, bidet and shower, the other with toilet and bidet. You will also find a shower in the garden, perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. The living room-kitchen has air-conditioning and a small sofa bed (120 cm), and opens onto the magnificent terrace where you can dine and enjoy a glass of wine looking at the infinity of sea.

All in all Terrazza Trionfante is an outstanding location for families and couples who wants to enjoy the sea, the mediterranean life as well as explore Northern Sicily and its unforgettable capital.

A free parking space is available during the low season. Otherwise, parking is available nearby at a cost of €5 per day.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The place is beautiful our favourite part was the balcony with fantastic views! The host was very accommodating and kindly provided a baby cot for us along with lots of recommendations. The host was excellent at communicating, very kind and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend, thank you so much!

Stunning beach house in a magic spot. The views are genuinely next-level — you walk out and it’s just ocean. House was clean, stylish, and felt like a proper getaway. Host was lovely and made everything super easy. Stayed here with my parents and we all absolutely loved it. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely perfect flat with stunning views. A marvellous stair down to a lovely beach. Really cosy village with small restaurants. Very good place to go snorkelling in the surroundings. The flat is clean and with perfect comfort. The hosts are incredible and did everything to make our stay the best. We have travelled a lot and we rarely never want to visit the same place twice but our whole family was unanimous that we want to get back to this place.

The location was absolutely stunning! The garden is beautiful, the terrace has an amazing view, the rooms were big and the air condition silent - but the best part is definitely the direct access to the beach. The upfront communication was easy as well as the check in and check out. Next to the flat are some restaurants and bars, the next supermarket is close and with the car one only need around 45 min to palermo. Overall a great stay - thank you!

We had an amazing week staying here! Salvatore and his wife were both so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. The terrace was beautiful with the most stunning views and the flat had everything you could need - including a washing machine and dishwasher. All in all, we had a 12/10 stay and hope to come back next year!

Amazing view and private entrance to Kafara Beach

The view of the sea from the huge balcony is amazing. The hosts are communicative through WhatsApp. Our contact was Salvatore and he answered / resolved all questions we had. It's a building that has multiple units but with separate entrances. There is a gated driveway that's narrow and downhill leading to the building so you would not be the only one parking there if you rented a car. It's a walking distance to Porticello where you can find bunch of restaurants.(make sure you bring mosquito spray!)

The view obviously sells this flat. Good sized rooms, aircon and wi-fi. Hot water supply ilimited to a smallish tank, so allow gaps in between family showers. We had a few small problems during our stay, but the local host was REALLY responsive, and friendly. They also allowed an early check-in and late check-out. Steps down to the (stoney) beach, lead to a private gate. The beach does get really busy with locals at weekends.Bring mosquito repellent… You really need to hire a car to get around. Parking at the flat can be a challenge but there is a public car park directly opposite for 5 euros/day. Download the simple EasyPark app. DO visit Palermo, we went four times. It is fascinating city. Some incredibly ancient buildings of varying cultures and styles. There is a good/cheap train service and the station is only a 10 minute drive away. Bagheria and Porticello both worth a visit too. Can Caus restaurant is just yards from the flat and is a decent stanard but book early.

In der Tat die Lage. Der wundervolle Blick von der Terrasse über das Meer, die faszinierende Landschaft, der direkte Zugang zum Meer. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant schräg gegenüber der Unterkunft und die Möglichkeit den Ortskern und den Hafen fußläufiger zu erreichen. Salvatore war ein sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Unbedingte Weiterempfehlung.

Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick waren das Highlight, der Strand war einfach zu erreichen. Das empfohlene Restaurant in nächster Nähe ist jeden Cent wert. Auch die Eisdiele, die in ca. 20 Minuten Gehzeit zu erreichen ist, lohnt sich. Der Check in und Check out war problemlos. Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Mietauto haben. Smukkeste udsigt fra terrassen - som på foto. Skøn italiensk kaffemaskine. Lille landsby, så en bil er nødvendig. Det havde vi heldigvis. God lokal restaurant 50 m fra huset og én til 10 min kørsel væk. Ro og fred i lejligheden. Parkering er lidt omstændig, hvis der er andre lejere i ejendommen. Lille bil er godt.

Nos deux couples ont passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Giulia en ce mois d'octobre ensoleillé. Les deux chambres sont bien aménagées avec chacune leur salle de bains( La douche ne se trouve que dans une seule).C'est agréable de rester sur place à contempler la mer depuis la terrasse mais c'est aussi facile de rejoindre Palerme à une dizaine de km. Parking facile devant la maison. Silence absolu en ce mois d'octobre, certainement plus animé pendant les vacances d'été. Excellent accueil du propriétaire.

Rymlig lägenhet med fenomenal utsikt. Stranden nedanför verkar inte vara regelbundet städad, en för enstaka kvällsdopp och lite snorkling är den perfekt. Vi valde hyrbil och åkte runt lite till de omkringliggande större stränderna. Utgångsläget är perfekt om man vill utforska öns stränder. Vi var på 6 olika stränder på lika många dagar. Där den som låg längst bort tog 54min medans den närmsta tog 13min med bil. Huset är obyggt för att skapa lägenheter och det är ganska lyhört men det var inget vi störde oss på då klientelet på hyresgästerna var bra. Och det tror beror nog på kraven de har vid bokning. Familj. 2 vuxna 3 barn (7år, 12år & 17år) fenomenal resturang 1 minut gångväg från dörren can caus. Så himla himla lyxigt god mat men prisvärd. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

Lieu exceptionnel qui surplombe la mer avec accès à la plage. Logement spacieux, fonctionnel, charmant et très propre. Hôte très accueillant. Für uns war alles perfekt, wir haben genau das bekommen was wir gebucht und uns auch gewünscht haben. Fantastisk udsigt … skøn skøn terrasse - og behagelige møbler. Skøn privat strand lige for enden af haven - gåafstand til både indkøb , restauranter og lækre take away pizza. Hurtigt wifi - kæmpe TV i stuen - og tv i begge soveværelser. Giuseppe og Salvatore er utroligt søde og opmærksomme værter.

Unser Aufenthalt in Santa Flavia, Sizilien, war ein Traum! Die Lage etwas ausserhalb war es definitiv wert, denn der Balkon bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht und mit einem Mietwagen war die Entfernung zur Stadt auch nicht schlimm. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank für Ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Wir können die Unterkunft von Giulia absolut empfehlen ! Alles ist sehr sauber und die Wohnung hübsch eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Am tollsten ist selbstverständlich die Terrasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick! Auch zu erwähnen: Zum Strand sind es lediglich ein paar Treppenstufen. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen!
