kind housekeeper, but...

Das Haus liegt in einer vielbefahrenen Kurve. Da die Straße sehr eng ist, hupen alle Autos, Busse und LKW, bevor sie die Kurve nehmen, um entgegenkommenden Fahrzeugen den Gegenverkehr anzuzeigen. Wenn man nicht durchs Hupen wach wird, dann durch das Rumpeln, wenn LKW vorbeifahren. Das Haus ist nicht alleinstehend, sondern liegt neben dem Haus des Besitzers, der auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses des Besitzers ist noch eine Miniwohnung, die vermietet wird. Der "Garten" liegt zwischen dieser Miniwohnung und dem Haus des Besitzers. Man müsste also die Liegen, den Grill etc. teilen mit anderen Mietern. Die Kontaktperson Alessia war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Es gab mehrfach Stromunterbrechungen. Der Ofen funktioniert nicht zusammen mit den Wärmepumpen/Klimaanlagen, die Sicherung sprang dann raus. Der Hauptsicherungsschalter liegt nicht im Haus, sondern an der Straße.

Lieber Christopher, es tut uns leid, diese Liste negativer Anmerkungen zu Ihrem Aufenthalt zu lesen. Bezüglich des Straßenlärms möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass die Beschaffenheit des Geländes, in dem sich die Unterkunft befindet, diesen Aspekt leider beeinflusst. Der Garten ist mit Sonnenliegen, einem Holzofen, einem Grill, einer Außendusche, einer Außenküche und einem schattigen Tisch ausgestattet. Die Möglichkeit der gemeinsamen Nutzung (die Ihren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigte, da die andere Unterkunft leer stand) wird in der Beschreibung der Anzeige ausdrücklich erwähnt. Bei Stromausfällen wurde dreimal umgehend von einem Techniker geholfen. Dieser stellte fest, dass die Ursache darin lag, dass zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig betrieben wurden, wie auch der Zähler direkt vor der Unterkunft ergab. Ungeachtet Ihrer Enttäuschungen sind wir überzeugt, Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts in jeder Hinsicht bestmöglich geholfen zu haben, auch wenn wir für einwandfrei funktionierende Geräte einen Eingriff benötigten. Dennoch sind wir stets bestrebt, die Stärken unserer Unterkünfte zu verbessern und die durch externe Faktoren verursachten Unannehmlichkeiten zu mildern.
