INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Caletta 53 boasts a brand-new kitchen equipped with every comfort. A few steps lead to the entrance with living room, kitchenette with gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning, and two single sofa beds. The covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, is ideal for dining outdoors and spending pleasant evenings with friends. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and one bedroom with bunk bed. A reserved covered parking space is available just outside.



OUTDOOR SPACES

The covered veranda offers a beautiful sea view and is the perfect place to relax outdoors. Guests can enjoy the seasonal communal swimming pool and tennis court, all surrounded by the tranquility of the residence and Mediterranean greenery.



LOCATION AND DISTANCES

Caletta 53 is located in the well-maintained residential complex "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", surrounded by 100,000 sqm of Mediterranean vegetation with century-old junipers, wild olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana and gently slopes down to the sea, accessible via a shallow beach located 450 meters away and reachable on foot through an internal road. Ira Beach is less than 2 km away. The residence includes Sardinian-style covered parking (one per apartment) and guest parking. Just before the entrance is the popular restaurant with pool “Stella di Gallura”, a favorite summer destination. Less than 2 km away, a five-minute drive, you can reach Porto Rotondo’s center with its boutiques, restaurants, bars, and lively nightlife. Here you can stroll along the charming marina where yachts of all sizes are moored.

Piscina y tranquilidad

Nos gustó mucho la piscina y la tranquilidad de la casa. Se agradece que tenga aire acondicionado y wifi. Se agradece el agua y todos los productos de cortesía. El lavabo necesita una reforma. La ducha es muy pequeña, la taza del wc estaba rota y hay que gastar cuidado porque se acaba el agua caliente. Se estropeó el lavavajillas, lo arreglaron en 2 días pero almenos pensaba que no me cobrarían la luz. Había muchos productos de limpieza pero no había fregona. Hemos pagado 85€ por la limpieza final pero en la casa había telarañas. El comedor debería tener una pequeña mesa con sillas.
