LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, Centrally Located first floor Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Captain John Fripp Villa located next to The Beach Club and other Fripp Island Amenities that include, pools, sports bar, beach bar, food court, tennis club, and more. The Villa has comfortable coastal furnishings and a 75" Smart TV in the living room.

Each bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom, flat screen TV, and a sliding door with access to the courtyard. Bed and bath linens are included with the Villa.

There is a Queen size pull out couches in the living room if additional sleeping arrangements are needed for guests.

Amenity Cards are available for purchase with this Villa.
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.

Nice place and location....

Only negative would be cleanliness was not great at all. When we arrived, counters were still dirty and there was laundry in the dryer and dishwasher full for us to empty. Also, said they would provide detergent and dish washing liquid but were none. Had to call and they came almost 2 days later with that and a pump to pump up our son's fold out couch bed. We did best we could, but had to sleep on the couch coils for 3/4 of our trip until finally bringing the pump on the day before we were leaving. House is nice, just would recommend a better cleaning crew. They should make sure all items are there for next renters and finish unloading everything so that we come to it clean. Other than that, people at rental place were nice and did really enjoy our time. Just work on their cleaning crew!

We are glad you enjoyed our condo during your stay on Fripp, we apologize about the inconvenience you experienced. We remind all guest in the welcome email that check-in is 4pm, if you arrive prior to 4pm we can not guarantee the house will be ready. When the house keepers went back to remove the laundry and finish cleaning you had already checked into the property, therefore, the housekeepers could not finish cleaning adequately. We will try to make arrangements for early check-in but you must contact our office a few days prior to your arrival. We do not provide a blow up mattress with the rental but we were glad to supply a pump during your stay.

Perfect size and location

Condo renovations and appliances were top notch, location was perfect for us with two little ones, many deer to view and could watch the sunrise and set from our place on the beach. The only feedback I have is that it is on the bottom floor and we had neighbors above us with little kids running all the time. However, it wouldn’t keep us from returning. Thank you!!

This is our second stay at 109 CJF. It is the very best we have found in all of our visits to Fripp Island. Everything you need plus a 75" flat screen. What more you could ask for during March Madness?!!! We will return.

We loved our long weekend on beautiful Fripp Island! The weather was perfect. The condo was amazing, equipped with everything you would need. The beds and furniture was super comfy! We loved it all and had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to come back. I would highly recommend.

Everything couldn’t have been better. The place was top rate. I enjoyed it so much I was afraid they were going to have to evict me. I was sorry to hear the following days were booked because I definitely could’ve stayed longer. Not a single thing needs to be changed or upgraded.

We’ve been visiting Fripp for 9 years and #109 was our favorite condo yet! Furnishings & renovations are lovely & beautiful. Great open floor layout & very comfortable. We loved playing cards on the patio overlooking the beach. Appreciated the ramp instead of stairs to the beach- made pulling our beach cart much easier. The golf cart with the condo was awesome fun. We will stay in #109 again!

Terrific for family or couples

The unit was very nice and amazingly equipped. Kitchen was not lacking any utensils or cooking equipment. Grill outside was great as well. The location was perfect! We will be returning to Fripp and hope this unit is available! Only wish we could've stayed longer!

The location of this condo is beyond amazing. Easy access to the beach, easy walk. It is also close to the adult pool and the new mexican restaurant that opened this year. The condo was modern and clean. Loved everything about our stay.

Our new favorite place

Our 3rd trip to Fripp and this villa was everything we hoped it would be. Beautifully decorated and up to date. Everything we needed for a week's stay, not a single thing I could suggest for improvement. The 2 bedroom set up is more like 2 master suites which was perfect for our family. Definitely rent a golf cart because the late afternoon rides are the best part of the day,
