From the living room, stairs along the wall lead to an upper area where you'll find an additional double bed, perfect for completing the accommodation’s capacity.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi to ensure you have everything you need during your visit.
Located next to the large Casa de Campo park, you can enjoy a peaceful environment with good metro and bus connections to the rest of the city.

Casa de Campo Madrid is located in the peaceful Casa de Campo area, close to Madrid’s largest park—perfect for walks and outdoor activities.Nearby services:
Restaurants and cafes:These options will allow you to enjoy the gastronomy, Restaurante La Fortuna and Bar Restaurante Jema are both just a few minutes away from the flat. To enjoy a coffee we give you several options close to the flat, Café de la Plaza and Bar Cafetería Padilla.
Parking: Parking Avenida de Portugal and Parking la Ermita provide parking options close to the flat.
Supermarkets: Supermercado Día 200 m away and a Carrefour Market 400 m away. They provide a wide range of products for your daily shopping.

GETTING AROUND
Metro:Currently, Line 6 is undergoing maintenance works, and the stations Alto de Extremadura and Lucero are scheduled to reopen on September 13, 2025.
Metro: The two nearest metro stops are Alto de Extremadura line 6 and Lucero line 6.
To get to the flat:
From the Airport: You can get there by taxi, with a fixed rate of 33 €, or come by metro. Take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, change to line 6 to Alto de Extremadura and walk to C/ de los Sagrados Corazones, 9.
From Atocha station:From Atocha walk to Palos de la Frontera station, transfer to line 3 at Argüelles, line 6 to Alto de Extremadura and walk to the flat.
From Chamartín station: From Chamartín take line 1 to Cuatro Caminos, transfer to line 6 to Alto de Extremadura and walk to the flat.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby car parks. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions, as well as permitted parking.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a flight of stairs before reaching the lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The auxiliary room of the duplex has a staircase that may not be completely safe for children.
Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
