The house is very close to the town, with 2 floors, with a private pool, garden, playground, barbecue, ping-pong table and sports courts.

On the ground floor of the house, we find a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, equipped with a sofa, armchairs and TV. There is also a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub. It has a terrace with armchairs and a table to enjoy an aperitif.

On the upper floor, we find the bedrooms, 2 of them equipped with double beds and a bedroom, ideal for children, equipped with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Also, there is a large bathroom with a shower.

In the outdoor area, we find the pool, completely fenced, a barbecue to enjoy a good time with the family, while the little ones of the house, play in the playground, on the ping-pong table and delight in the small soccer field that owns the house.
