Condo is located in Destin on exclusive Holiday Isle right on the gulf at the waters edge with 300 feet of private beach ( no street to cross). Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. Amenities include a seasonal heated pool, sauna, tennis/ pickleball courts, shuffle board, activity room with Kitchen, exercise room.

Our condo and stay was Amazing! It was exactly how it was listed and absolutely beautifulBeach view! The host Jeff answered any questions we had and made sure the condo has all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was relaxing as well as the pool and really enjoyed the private beach area. My husband and I were there for 7 days to celebrate our 15 year anniversary trip and we will definitely be back. Everything was great and I highly recommend staying here. We hated to have to leave today.
