116 rue Berbisey à Dijon

Appart. propre et bien situé à 10 mn du centre-ville et malgré tout relativement calme. beaucoup de rues piétonnières, nombreux restaurants (plus de 300 !) Séjour court (3 jours) et agréable. A refaire.

Buona soluzione a Dijon per 2 persone

L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Dijon con la possibilità di raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni con una breve passeggiata. Nella via dove è ubicato il palazzo vi sono diversi ristoranti nonché due minimarket aperti fino a tarda sera. L'appartamento è composto da un salone con divano e tavolo da pranzo nel quale si trova anche il letto matrimoniale. Vi è poi una piccola cucina attrezzata dalla quale si accede al bagno. Sebbene di non recente ristrutturazione abbiamo comunque trovato l'appartamento comodo anche e soprattutto per l'ubicazione.

Un petit appartement très bien situé proche du centre

Bel appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé. Rénové avec soin dans un vieil immeuble tranquille. Une literie très confortable et très agréable. Jolie cheminée, peintures récentes et lumineuses. Placard avec penderie. Petite cuisine très sympa. Salle de bain rénovée aussi avec goût. Il faut noter l'accueil sympa du propriétaire et les petites attentions dans le détail: jus de fruit, beurre, confiture et petites doses de lait dans le frigo, chocolats - souplesse sur les horaires, disponibilité et ponctualité. Nombreuses brochures touristiques à disposition. Le propriétaire est très réactif pour répondre aux questions. Merci à lui et peut-être à bientôt !

Un appartement propre et confortable à Dijon dans la rue Berbisey

Cet appartement à Dijon dans la rue Berbisey était parfait pour nous. Avec cette propriété comme point de départ, il était très facile pour nous de parcourir la ville à pied sans aucune difficulté: la Place Zola, les musées, les halles, jusqu'à l'excellent restaurant “Le Coin Caché”. L'appartement était très propre et confortable et les propriétaires étaient très aimables avec nous.

Pleasant surprise

After staying in a teeny tiny apartment in Paris for 6 nights, this studio was a welcome change. It is very spacious and modern and very well equipped. It was very easy to get to by foot from the train station and close to all amenities as well as the centre of town. The owner was very gracious and responsive to my needs. The street noise from the bars across the street was easy enough to get used (I stayed over the weekend) but the noise from the tenant directly above during the wee hours of the morning was very distracting. I recommend ear plugs for an uninterrupted sleep. It was the perfect place to wrap up my trip to France. The only problem I had was washing dishes as the sink has no plug and I could not fund a receptacle to use to fill with water.

a quality apartment!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated studio in the heart of Dijon. It’s MUCH bigger than the normal studio, with a comfortable fixed bed (not a futon or a fold up lounge), excellent décor, a great kitchen and lovely big windows (double glazed). The whole studio was fitted out comprehensively. We did have some trouble with noise from the bars in the street, On Friday night. Apart from that, the location is a five minute walk from the centre (and a good Monoprix supermarket) and close to museums, art gallery and churches. The Vennes are lovely hosts and we wish them well!!! thank you for allowing us to arrive mid-week, not just Saturday to Saturday like most places.

Very Good!!!

Studio is very nice and very well appointed. The rental is in a central location in a vibrant neighborhood, close to great restaurants and bars. The owner was very gracious and gave us lots of suggestions on what to do and where to eat. I accidentally left a belonging in the apartment and he was kind enough to mail it back to me. That was really nice. What a great host!!!
