We apologize for the small water problem upon your arrival, which was promptly resolved. Regarding the washing machine, you had a working one downstairs, as we clearly indicated. The unpleasant odor can occur in Venice, depending on the tides. Kind regards

Spacious apartment
The VRBO was fine and served our purpose. Nice bedroom sizes. The biggest factor for the lower star review was that I reported a security issue to the manager by email. I would have thought I would get a quick response via email from the property manager. So far I’ve heard nothing. Not good.
