The apartment is located on the 3rd floor which is only accessibly by stairs.

- Parties are strictly prohibited
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in Manchester, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Please replace mobile phone on charge if lost there will be a £100 fee
