5 person holiday home in Båstad-By Traum

A very nice cottage in a smaller cottage area with lovely surroundings. The cottage is beautifully framed in greenery and with a view of the green area. Enjoy the peace and warm barbecue evenings. Only a short path takes you to the long sandy beach. You have excellent cycle routes both to Båstad and Mellbystrand. Perfect for a couple or the small family. At the cabin's entrance, you have a glazed conservatory with both a dining table and outdoor furniture. The central room of the cottage is a living room with an open kitchen. Here you will find all the equipment and a TV with several channels. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Up a steep flight of stairs there is a sleeping loft with three single beds in the form of comfortable spring mattresses, popular among children and young people. Outside the cottage there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue and on the open lawn there is both a trampoline and swings. A little further away is the "barn", a common room that you can use in consultation with the owner. There is a room with a large dining table, comfortable seating and TV. There are also toilets and showers next door. The cabin is next to a campsite and you have free access to their playground etc. There is also a summer restaurant and a small shop here. The swimming beach stretches from central Båstad to Mellbystrand. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. A short distance away is the railway station. There is also a gym and paddle tennis courts here. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here the river Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. Fishing is also available in the nearby Stensån and in Lake Öresjön. Fishing license required. There are also several lovely hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. Welcome!
