Modern and comfortable house with fantastic terrace near lake, sea, nature.

In one of Skåne's most attractive areas, close to Sweden's longest beach, and a short drive from southern Sweden's best ski resort Hallandsåsen / Vallåsen, is this modern and tastefully decorated house.

The house was completely renovated in 2013. This resulted in a modern kitchen and bathroom as well as a large and partly covered terrace facing south. The terrace invites you to relaxation outdoors with, for example, grilling.
Both the living room and the master bedroom are directly adjacent to the terrace.

In the house you will find a nice hall with plenty of space. The large bedroom (17m2) has a king size bed (180x200) and two one person duvets. A large closet is also available in this bedroom.

Right next door is a smaller bedroom (7m2) with a bunk bed. In a fresh and very modern bathroom with shower, there is both washer and dryer.

The other side of the house offers a state-of-the-art (Siemens) kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, dining area and a living room with TV corner. Swedish, Danish, German, French etc. channels are available on the TV.

Free and unlimited WIFI is available throughout the house. 10 / 10mb

Deciduous forest dominates nature in the vicinity of the house. The western lake is less than 2 km away. There are both swimming and fishing opportunities as well as boat rentals. In about 15-25 minutes by car you can easily reach wonderful places like Båstad, Vejbystrand, Mellbystrand and Ängelholm.

The rental includes access to the area's large pool, children's pool, sauna, tennis court and playground. The pool is open during the summer season. All this within walking distance (5 minutes).

The area is a bit hilly and ideal for sporty cyclists and mountain bikers. In winter, there is a good opportunity for snow. The house is located about 150 m above sea level.

In the parking lot in front of the house there is space for three cars.

The house is heated by an inverter which also can be used as an air conditioner in the summer. There is a wood stove too. Wood is not included.

Note that the electricity is not included and usage needs to be paid afterwards. Rates differ due to market rates. Final cleaning can be ordered latest a month before arrival. In case of shorter notice, only after agreement with the owner. The final cleaning fee is 150€. Linen and towels are not included but can be requested to a fee.

As owners, we are proud of all our properties and do everything make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We kindly ask you to leave the house and garden, in a better shape then when you found it. Cleaning equipement and materials are available in the house.
Please let us know within 24 hours if your find anything that is not in order when you arrive.

Help us taking care of the environment and reduce heating/cooling when leaving the property.
Be conscious about water usage. Respect the local surroundings and rules. Sort your garbage and put them in the designated bins. Recycling stations can also be found in Hjärnarp and Ängelholm.
