2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Jardines de Calahonda Phase 2 offers possibly some of the best landscaped tropical gardens in Calahonda. There is also a padel court. Situated in the lower western border of Calahonda amidst tranquil settings yet within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities which makes Jardines de Calahonda an ideal holiday destination for families, couples and groups. Jardines has its own local neighbourhood bar serving food and drinks in the evenings. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has recently undergone a complete renovation and has been tastefully furnished in a modern style.
The apartment has air conditioning / heating throughout. There is also complementary internet access and a selection of UK and Scandinavian television channels. Perfect for families. The pool is open from April – Sep/Oct during daylight hours.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
