Tolle Lage aber ein heruntergekommener Zustand !

Zunächst war keine aktuelle, gültige Telefonnummer hinterlegt. Durch Zufall war ein sehr freundlicher Nachbar im Haus der uns helfen konnte und uns das Appartement öffnete. Das Bad war oberflächlich gereinigt, die Schubladen waren stark verschmutzt, sodass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten. Die Küche : eine defekte Kaffeemaschine mit offener Stromleitung, defekte Bratpfanne, eine sehr einfache Ausstattung komplett verschmutzt und verstaubt. Für die Mikrowelle /Backofen gab es keine Gebrauchsanweisung und kein Geschirr. Die Schlafgelegenheit im Eingang eine Zumutung !!!! Der Wohnung fehlt eine ordentliche Grundreinigung und eine gebrauchstüchtige Küchenausstattung . Die Lage der Wohnung ist großartig direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer und einem dazugehörigen Parkplatz.

Vue extraordinaire sur la mer

La situation du studio au bord de la mer avec une vue panoramique sur les deux caps. Studio soigné et décoré avec goût Matériel mis à disposition pratique et pratiquement neuf. Accueil sympathique avec renseignements sur les lieux à visiter. Parking privé au pied de l'immeuble, bien facile. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Déçue

Avant de partir, je précise par e-mail : maman solo, fatiguée besoin de repos, le studio est-il bien identique à celui aux photos exposées sur le site? On me répond par mail : oui madame, il est identique.Le jour du départ, je préviens par mail : je n'arriverai pas à 14h mais entre 16 et 17h (il faut aller chercher la clé au domicile à 10km du bien que j'ai loué). Lorsque j'arrive, je paie en liquide, je prends la clé, je fais les 10 km pour arriver au bien que j'ai loué pour 1 semaine...et le studio n'est pas du tout conforme aux photos : la cuisine est gris anthracite (donc sombre), la table n'est pas près de la fenêtre mais au fond du studio devant la cuisine, tout est sombre et tristounet. La propreté n'est pas géniale, une bonne couche de poussière sur le meuble tv, des cheveux et des poils dans la literie. Je n'ai pas eu le courage de refaire les 10km pour exiger réparation, j'étais seule avec mes deux enfants je n'ai pas voulu démarrer les vacances par un conflit avec le propriétaire. J'ai donc fait bonne figure pour mes enfants. Le studio est néanmoins bien équipé et la vue sur la mer est splendide. Ce qui ne m'a pas empêchée d'écourter mon séjour, je suis partie le jeudi au lieu du samedi, j'avais quand même hâte de quitter cet endroit. C'est triste.
