We are in Bucchianico, on the hills of the Teatine area, halfway between the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (Francavilla al Mare and the famous Costa dei Trabocchi) and the rich vegetation of the Maiella National Park. We are just a few minutes from the historic city of Chieti and half an hour from the modern city of Pescara.

A recently renovated flat awaits you with a comfortable living room, a delightful corner for your breakfast, a bedroom ( two places), a large bathroom and the great private parking space inside the property.

Within a few minutes' drive you will find a mall with all kinds of shops or, alternatively, a more traditional supermarket and several local shops.
