The B & B "BellaVista" has bright rooms with services and overlooks one of the most beautiful squares in the historic center of Spoltore. We offer accommodation for up to 14 people, even for short stays. The rooms are very spacious, renovated and furnished in style, with large windows overlooking the beautiful Piazza D'Albenzio on one side and the mountains of the Apennines on the other. Among the common areas a living room with fireplace and a large kitchen. We have a garage-workshop for bicycles, available to cyclists, a laundry room and a large terrace of 60 square meters where you can enjoy in peace the breakfast with panoramic views of the mountains, read a book, stay in complete relaxation and shelter from the sun on the hottest days. For the more athletic and adventurous we organize cycle tour to discover the most beautiful places in Abruzzo. We provide bicycle rental possibilities. In the village, within walking distance, there are 2 trattorias-pizzerias, bars and a gourmet restaurant. you can reach Pescara, the largest seaside town of Abruzzo, in just ten minutes by car (6 km): 10 km of equipped beach, night clubs, bars, restaurants, pubs and every kind of place of entertainment.

Bellissima esperienza nella casa di Loredana. L’abbiamo affittata tutto per un fine settimana di gruppo. Abbiamo apprezzato la sistemazione delle camere e il magnifico terrazzo. La cucina era ben attrezzata. Loredana ci ha lasciato anche shampo e saponi in ogni bagno e per colazione una magnifica torta di mele, oltre a latte e succo. Che dire, esperienza da ripetere!

Stunning terrace and view!
This home was perfect for our group of 14 and 2 babies!
Loredana was very accommodating and helpful. She made reservations for us all on our first night there on such short notice at Notino. It was so fabulous we went again!
The terrace at the house is magnificent. It was the best gathering place for all of to have a drink and make our plans. We made wonderful memories here.
