Belle propriété avec piscine en pleine nature
Tres bel endroit, piscine super grande et bien entretenue, grande terrasse couverte, petit bémol petit manque d entretien à l intérieur de l habitation et pas assez d ustensiles pour la capacité de personnes, cuisinière à revoir sinon propriétaire très accueillant et disponible.

Au calme dans les Abruzzes
Belle location au calme dans la campagne. Accès facile, parking pour les voitures et petits commerces à proximité (en voiture ou à pied pour les grands marcheurs). Nombre de chambre et sdb suffisantes (3 petites douches). 3 grandes chambres lit double dont une suite parentale et une chambre plus petite avec 2 lits superposés. Belles terrasses ombragées. Belle grande piscine mais qui commence à 1m60 de profondeur avec accès par échelle. Pas adaptée aux petits enfants (et pas de sécurité). Il y a une locations plus petite dans une annexe de la villa qui utilise aussi la piscine. Le propriétaire partage parfois la piscine avec ses amis. Elle est assez grande pour tous mais il faut le savoir. Propriétaire disponible mais souvent absent durant notre séjour. Pas de clim mais grandes portes fenêtres pour aérer, chaleur supportable même en Aout compte tenu de la situation sur les hauteurs. Petites cabines de douches fonctionnelles mais qui devraient être changées ou refaire les joints. Vaisselle, électroménager, tables et chaise en nombre suffisant. Des bacs pour le tri dans la maison faciliterai la gestion des déchets obligatoire en Italie. Une petite rénovation (armoires, lunettes wc, douches, abords...) permettrait d'avoir 5 étoiles.

Obiekt położony nieco na uboczu ale widok na pola i góry jest tego warty. Wspaniały, czysty basen to duży plus. Do morza 10 km, około 25 min. jazdy. samochód niezbędny. W jednym pokoi znajdują się 2 łóżka piętrowe o czy nie zostaliśmy poinformowani i to jedyny minus. Bardzo uczynny i sympatyczny gospodarz to także plus

Dolce far niente
Przepiękny widok z basenu na góry i doliny obsadzone oliwkami i winoroślą, blisko do miasta, ale w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, miasteczko malutkie, ale prze śliczne, niezbyt daleko do morza dla chętnych i fajny outlet dla zakupoholików
