Your family will be happy to have a large private fenced garden that extends for about 500 square meters, of which 30 square meters are dedicated to the porch with a barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, two sun loungers, and a hammock.
The villa of about 65 square meters is on two levels.
Ground floor: entrance/living room with two single beds that can be joined together, living room with kitchenette equipped with microwave and refrigerator with small freezer, single bed with cushions for sofa use and pull-out bed. Bathroom with shower without window.
First floor: double bedroom with the possibility of a third bed. Bathroom with shower and window.
The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV; the air conditioner can be used with a supplement to be paid for locally.
