Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zu zweit in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und die Übergabe verlief problemlos. Alles was man im Alltag benötigt ist im Appartement vorhanden und die Ausstattung ist gut. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und direkt vor dem Gebäude befindet sich der Strand. Es gibt einen kleinen Raum mit Strandbedarf den man mitbenutzen kann. Nutzt man die Wohnung zu viert, befindet sich im unteren Teil der Wohnung jedoch nur ein Hochbett in einem Schrank im Flur. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, an einigen Stellen löst sich jedoch etwas der Putz von der Wand (z.B auch in der Küche). Hinter dem Haus verläuft eine Bahnstrecke, die jedoch nicht störend ist, auch wenn gelegentlich mal ein Zug zu hören ist. Insgesamt kann man das Appartement für zwei Personen und für einige Tage zum Entspannen am Meer bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer
Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Lage in der Baia del Quercetano kann perfekter nicht sein. Das Meer ist zum Greifen nahe. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei zum Meer ausgerichtete Balkone. Unten gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit Liegen und Liegestühlen für alle. Wenn man bedenkt, dass Liegen 30 Euro am Tag kosten, ist dies ein auch nicht zu verachtender positiver Kostenfaktor. Die Küche ist klein, aber funktional. Ebenso der Ess-und Wohnraum. Das Schlafzimmer oben ist sehr schön, die beiden anderen Schlafmöglichkeiten entpuppen sich als Doppelschlafkojen im Gang. Das ist zwar im ersten Moment gewöhnungsbedürftig, war aber für uns gar kein Problem. Man hält sich ohnehin nur draußen auf.
