Castiglioncello: pretty house by the sea with garden, garage in modern residence

A stone's throw from the wonderful Baia del Sorriso / Baia del Quercetano with a private staircase for going down to the sea, two-room apartment with independent entrance on the raised ground floor in a residential context, quiet and peaceful. Completely renovated, it is composed as follows: kitchenette (equipped with a gas hob with 4 burners, electric oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave, dishes, plates, glasses and cutlery,) with dining-relaxation area (TV) with sofa bed that overlooks a beautiful and comfortable private outdoor courtyard covered and equipped with umbrellas and tents with table and chairs for outdoor lunches or dinners; large double bedroom (with the possibility of a 3rd bed) that overlooks another private rear courtyard with drying rack; spacious bathroom with window with shower and washing machine. The house is always cool and well ventilated, however fans are available and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. From the driveway to the house there is an enchanting sea view towards the Baia del Quercetano. Bed linen and towels not provided (rental on request)
Possibility of parking in the garage. 300 meters from the sea and 500 meters from shops and services. Train station 800 meters away. Pets are not allowed. Excellent starting point for visits to cities of art (Pisa. Siena, Volterra, S. Gimignano, Lucca, Florence), small characteristic villages (Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri) or places for families (Livorno aquarium, Acqua village in Cecina and Cavallino Matto playground in Marina di Castagneto

The location was pleasant a little bit of a hike to the beach. Lots of wonderful restaurants, shops within a short walking distance 1-2 km. The restaurants and shops are filled with amazing people such a nice community.

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Castiglioncello. Ombretta was a kind and attentive host. The location of the apartment is perfect for shopping, the beach and stilling through the beautiful Castiglioncello neighborhood.

Short stay in lovely Castiglioncello

Ombretta's place was perfect for my son and I to make the most of a short stay in Castiglioncello. Easy to reach by train from Pisa. A welcome break after a busy weekend in Firenze. The apartment is well equipped and a very short walk to the sea. Beautiful bay & coastal walks around and plenty of places to eat and drink. We enjoyed spending the day at Bagno Roma and playing in the unexpected surf!. The owner was super helpful with arrival and departure plans. Recommended:)

Check Prozess sehr gut. Garage nur ca. 2,5x4m groß hinten links auch noch eine Schräge drin. Tor 2,2m. Es passt da maximal ein Golf rein. Gartenmöbel sehr instabil.

Ich habe Ihnen auch alle alternativen Wegbeschreibungen gegeben! Alle Möbel im Innen- und Außenbereich sind garantiert neu und für den ordnungsgemäßen Gebrauch geeignet! Bei unsachgemäßer Verwendung werden sie instabil! Danke

Kein persönlicher Kontakt weder bei Ankunft noch bei Abreise. Die Vermieterin wusste, dass wir mit ÖV ankamen, half aber nicht beim Aufsuchen der Wohnung. Tür an Tür wohnt ein stets (auch nachts!) rauchender Nachbar. In der ersten Nacht in der Wohnung darüber extremer Lärm. Die Wohnung (kein Haus wie in der Anzeige!) ist dunkel und ohne Aussicht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Ombretta. Die Kommunikation war super und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Am Besten hat uns die Terrasse und der schnelle Weg ans Meer gefallen :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung in entspannter Lage

Urlaub in Castiglioncello ist äußerst entspannend. Man findet hier eine ruhige Kleinstadt vor, die aber auch ein Zentrum mit Läden, Restaurants, etc. bietet. Nur ein paar hundert Meter von der Wohnung erreicht man nach ca 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß die Bucht, die wirklich fantastisch ist. Bei Wind und Wellen kann man hier auch ganz gut surfen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ziemlich genau wie in der Beschreibung nur das es kein WLAN gibt, worauf man uns aber direkt nach der Buchung hingewiesen hat. Allerdings bemüht sich die Vermieterin momentan um WLAN. Ansonsten war alles sauber und sehr schön. Besonders die Terrasse ist wunderbar, um abends beim Essen und einem Cocktail oder einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Hübsche Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, in einem Wohngebiet, genügend Platz für zwei Personen, z.t. kann es auch etwas lauter werden. Leider kein WLAN im Hause und als nicht EU Bürger keine Möglichkeit um WLAN zu erhalten. War nicht klar kommuniziert, auf deutscher Fewo Seite. Vor dem Haus schöner Sitzplatz mit Liegestühle. Man ist schnell am Strand, zu Fuss, Treppen runter. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatte es nicht so viele öffentl. Liegeplätze. Viele Liegestühle zum mieten. Wasser ist sauber und Landschaft schön. Gute Zugverbindung nach Florenz. Castiglionello ist ein kl. Ort mit einer kleinen Strasse von Läden, Restaurant und Flanieren.
