The little town of Castiglioncello, once a set for Macchiaioli's paintings, is a nice, relaxing place. My family owns this apartment from the eighties, and we have enjoyed silence and coolness every summer. This flat have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two single beds; a living-room , a kitchen, a bathroom. You enter from the common garden with a two-ramp stair; another stair inside the flat lead to a storage room. A private parking lot is inside the garden, but you may also easily find a parking nearby. It takes 10 minutes on foot to reach the sea, but on summer there is a public bus service. Rocky beach, blue sea.

Die Lage der Wohnung und das Gesamtobjekt war insgesamt sehr positiv. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig sogar mit Keller/Waschküche mit großem Kühlschrank. Allerdings würde dem ein oder anderen Teil der Inneneinrichtung einmal ein Austausch sehr gut tun (Matratzen, Waschbecken, Duschkabine etc.)

Ruhige Unterkunft unter Pinien

Die Unterkunft war ausreichend groß mit 2 Schlafzimmern und verfügte über alle notwendigen Sachen für einen Urlaub. Die FeWo lag ruhig neben Pinien und ca. 10 bzw. 20 min. Fußweg vom Meer bzw. dem Zentrum des Ortes entfernt. Die FeWo war für Castiglioncello sehr günstig, wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub, man konnte auch ohne Auto eine Menge unternehmen.

Unkomplizierte schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich persönlich begrüßt, genau zum von uns gewünschten Zeitpunkt, mit allen nötigen Erklärungen zur Wohung. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei 8 und 11 jährigen Kindern unterwegs. Die Wohnung selbst ist angenehm geräumig und ist sauber, sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Filterkaffetrinker sollten allerdings an eine eigene Maschine denken oder einfach auf die italienischen Kaffebereiter umsteigen ;) Wirklich vermißt haben wir nur Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, da vom nahegelegenen Pinienwald abends tatsächlich angenehm kühle Luft, aber auch Mücken kommen. Die Wohnung liegt relativ weit oben im Ort, aber man kann sehr direkt in höchstens 15 min an die Küste im Ort laufen, wo bereits viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind, oder man läuft 5 min länger in das eigentliche Ortszentrum in Bahnhofsnähe, die Hälfte davon durch einen kleinen Park. Die Badebereiche im Ortsbereich sind überall steinig, auf jeden Fall mit Schwimmschuhen ins Wasser gehen - es gibt Badebereiche, die oft mit Restaurants kombiniert sind, aber auch kleinere freie Bereiche In 20-30 Minunten Autofahrt Richtung Süden (Vada/Cecina) sind große Sandstrände zu finden. Wir haben selbst im August am Wochenende noch auf kostenlosen Parkplätzen Platz gefunden, man läuft dann noch 10 min durch den Pinienwald zum Strand - jedenfalls die freien Strände verwenden, Liegen sind sehr teuer. Auch der Checkout war sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Découverte Toscane

Joli séjour en Toscane à 2 endroits différents, intérieur et bord de mer. De très belles villes Florence, Sienne, Pisé, et de pittoresques villages. Sans oublier le val d'Orcia et Ses magnifiques paysages et l'Ile d'elbeuf.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis okay - Umweltsünden im Nachbarort

Das Apartment hat unseren Erwartungen größtenteils entsprochen, abgesehen von einigen "Lücken" in der Ausstattung: Elektrische Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Fliegengitter fehlten, die meisten Bestecken waren nur vierteilig vorhanden und die Verfügbarkeit und Geschwindigkeit des WLAN ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage in einem ziemlich weit oben gelegenen Wohnviertel Castiglioncellos erfordert eine gewisse körperliche Fitness. Der Besuch eines Strands im Nachbarort (Vada) fiel leider ins Wasser, da wir per Zufall entdeckten, dass der belgische Sodahersteller Solvay seit über einem Jahrhundert dort ungeklärte Abwässer ins Meer leitet, die tonnenweise Quecksilber, Cadmium und Arsen enthalten. Sollte sich daran nichts ändern, werden wir ganz sicher nicht nach Castiglioncello zurückkehren.

Rilassante

Nel digradare della collina, immersa nella pineta a contorno del castello Pasquini, la casa di Daniela si rivela un ottimo luogo per una rilassante vacanza. La sera, il vicino mare ed i grandi alberi che la circondano, creano la giusta frescura per abbandonarsi sulle sdraio all'aperto. La notte poi, ci si addormenta cullati dai suoni del bosco “chiu…”. La casa è spaziosa. Le due camere da letto sono comode per 4 persone, anche per un soggiorno lungo come il nostro. Dotata di tutto il necessario per la cucina; qualche posata e qualche piatto in più non guasterebbero. Caldamente consigliata

Per noi ideale!

L'appartamento è bello, dotato di tutti i comfort (comprese lavatrice e lavastoviglie) e più spazioso di quanto sembri nelle foto: camera da letto molto grande (ci sta un lettino-culla aggiuntivo), cameretta con due lettini, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con divano-letto e angolo cottura a vista; tutto con molti spazi tra mobiletti e cassettiere . Noi eravamo in due, ma è ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone. Si trova in un piccolo complesso di edifici a due piani, fronte pineta; calma assoluta per chi vuole stare tranquillo, ma nel caso si può sempre fare amicizia con i vicini. Daniela, insieme alla sorella, ci ha accolto molto cordialmente, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per godersi Castiglioncello: spiagge, negozi, bus. L'unica avvertenza riguarda gli spostamenti in paese: la casa si trova in cima a una salita piuttosto faticosa, poco adatta a chi non ama camminare o ha problemi di deambulazione (in estate di giorno c'è un bus che ferma di fronte al cancello). L'appartamento viene affittato con posto auto privato e ci si può muovere in macchina abbastanza agilmente (stando attenti agli orari per i parcheggi in centro e vicino alle spiagge, soprattutto in altissima staigone).
