Nice apartment for a peaceful holiday

The owners are very friendly. The apartment is nice and well equipped. You can sit in the evening in the garden or in the kitchen with a view of the street. It's a pretty quiet place, but a few minutes walk from the beach and shops. It's about a five-minute walk to the sea.

Long term stay

We stayed at the property for 7 weeks. The apartment is clean and very well located in a quiet area only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. David the host was very helpful and quickly sorted any minor teething problems. We enjoyed our stay and would very much recommend staying there. The only minor drawback for long stays is that the cooking area is quite small. Thank you David for your help with our stay

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Unser Urlaub in Italien war sehr schön! Die Unterbringung entsprach der Beschreibung und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett, hat uns am Tag der Ankunft sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten richtig tolle Tage in Italien. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft, die ich sehr weiterempfehlen kann.

In ruhiger Seitenstraße, Strandpromenade mit kleinem Strand ca. 900 m entfernt. Wohnung gut ausgestattet und wie abgebildet. Haben gern im Garten gefrühstückt und uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Bell' appartamento e ottima posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 2 settimane. L'appartamento è spazioso e arieggiato, con un piccolo giardino esclusivo fornito di barbecue. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la fornitura di biancheria per il letto e il bagno, e anche dei detersivi per la cucina, quest'ultima completa di stoviglie. La casa si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e dai vari negozi di generi alimentari e bar/ristoranti. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio vicino alla casa, anche nei giorni di maggior affluenza al mare. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura .

I signori sono stati molto gentili ed educati. Purtroppo proprio quando i signori sono arrivati Mi sono accorto che uno dei supporti del lettino. Per quanto riguarda la cura dei dettagli si tratta di un appartamento con molti accessori, ben fornito fino a 6/7 persone. Certamente se si desiderano altri comforts e finiture aggiuntivi è impossibile fornirli al prezzo offerto ed è quindi opportuno optare per locazioni di lusso, le quali vengono offerte a prezzi doppi rispetto all'appartamento in questione.

Bonne adresse en Toscane

Une location de qualité dans un appartement traversant balcon- jardinet idéal pour des vacances à 4. Bien placé pour visiter la Toscane, le bord de mer permet une agréable détente en fin de journée. C'est l'Italie et le voisinage est un peu trop causant le soir très tard mais c'est les vacances pour tout le monde. Le propriétaire , discret, est à l'écoute et sympathique. A voir : les plages bordées de pinède de marina di castelgnetto et marina de bibona , à éviter la spiagge bianche de Rosignano Solvay.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Monsieur Ciabatti parle bien le français et nous a très bien accueilli ; l'appartement est très propre et calme. Il est situé proche de plusieurs plages et il nous a été très agréable de se baigner et de découvrir Pise, Lucques et Livourne. Merci encore de votre accueil.

Accoglienti l'appartamento e il propietario

Il Sig. Ciabatti è stato molto puntuale, preciso e premuroso. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, è tranquillo e ben accessoriato e vi abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza. Consigliato a chi ama camminare e scoprire ogni giorno una nuova spiaggia, anche a piedi. Luoghi di interesse culturale, come l'etrusca Populonia o Pisa sono facilmente raggiungibili.

Una splendida mini-vacanza

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento con la mia super famiglia (7 persone) più la mia adorata beagle e devo ammettere che siamo stati benissimo: l'appartamento è vicinissimo alla spiaggia e molto comodo e silenzioso e il posto per l'auto non manca davanti casa. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Se ne avremo l'occasione ci torneremo sicuramente.
