Ja, es war alles bestens, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und gut ausgestattet.Kontakt mit der Vermieterin schnell und unkomliziert. Sehr nett.Störend waren nur die Stechmücken. Da es noch sehr warm war mussten wir die Fenster öffnen, auch in der Nacht, ohne insektenschutz leider nicht möglich. Schade.Ansonsten gerne jederzeit wieder.

Typisch italienische Ferienwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Klein und zweckmäßig. Klimaanlage haben wir trotz 30 Grad nicht vermisst, da die Wohnung nach Norden geht und man Durchzug machen konnte. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter. In der Küche gab es alles, was wir benötigt haben. Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Der zugehörige Parkplatz war uns mit einem Kombi viel zu eng und klein, so dass wir um Schäden am Auto zu vermeiden in einer Querstraße geparkt haben. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich. Mit Google Translate haben wir alles gut geregelt bekommen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento, che ha superato le nostre aspettative rispetto alla descrizione online. L’alloggio si presentava in condizioni impeccabili, estremamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per garantire comfort e praticità a tre adulti e un bambino per due settimane. Ogni elettrodomestico e accessorio era perfettamente funzionante; ciò ha reso comoda la nostra permanenza, come se fossimo a casa nostra.La posizione è ideale: a pochi passi dal mare e dalla vivace via principale di Marina di Cecina, ricca di locali e negozi, perfetta per chi desidera vivere appieno l’atmosfera del luogo. Un grande valore aggiunto è stato il posto auto riservato, una comodità inestimabile in un quartiere molto frequentato da turisti, che ci ha tolto ogni preoccupazione legata al parcheggio.La proprietaria, Signora Lucia, si è dimostrata estremamente cortese e disponibile, ci ha accolto con puntualità e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili con grande gentilezza, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio.In sintesi, un’esperienza molto positiva che consigliamo senza riserve a chi cerca una sistemazione funzionale, accogliente e ben posizionata a Marina di Cecina. Grazie di cuore alla Signora Lucia per la sua ospitalità!

Vacanza a Marina di Cecina

La casa è carina, pulita e fresca. Dalla casa non si sentono i rumori della strada, nè dell'Acqua Village. E' vicino al mare, alla pineta e ai negozi del centro. I prorietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Bei der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof und war sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß waren es ca. 5 - 7 min zum Strand. Es waren zwei Stühle mit Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Aber leider war ein Stuhl kaputt. Wir haben übersehen, dass es in der Wohnung kein WiFi gibt.

Sehr zuvorkommend Vermieterin, nur zu empfehlen. Hatte gute Tipps gegeben und war immer hilfsbereit.

Sehr central gelegen. Man konnte alles zu Fuss machen. Strand, einkauf, Restaurants so macht es Freude den Urlaub zu geniessen. Am morgen, wenn die Kinder noch schliefen in einem kleinen Café den Cappuccino und ein Brioches geniessen. Einfach nur herrlich. Gruss an Lucia

Una piacevole sorpresa

E' stata un'ottima vacanza. L' appartamento gode di una buona posizione non troppo soleggiata quindi fresco. E' vicino alla spiaggia e alla pineta senza essere sul lungomare che alla sera tardi sarebbe un po' rumoroso per il riposo dei bambini. Marina di Cecina e' ben servita con servizi per grandi e piccini sia di giorno che di sera. Mare pulito e spiaggia mista con sabbia/sassi. Spero di tornarci la prossima estate.

Great place to stay

Sehr gut gelegen, geräumige Wohnung und Zimmer, schönes Bad und Balkon. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sogar die Innenstadt. Man sollte Haushaltsartikel wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Seife sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher dabei haben, evtl. auch einen Toaster. Ofen, Gasherd, Pfannen und Töpfe sind vorhanden und ordentlich. Störend waren die ortsgebundene hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit (nur in der Sonne trocknet die Wäsche) und die Schnaken. Dafür hat man aber sehr gute Luft und es ist angenehm in der Wohnung, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Fernseher mit HDMI vorhanden und ital. Programm sowie Waschmaschine, Espressokanne, schöne Schränke, ganz gute Betten. Wer kann bringt eine elektronische Fliegenfänger-Lampe mit oder besser ein oder zwei große Fliegengitter Netze von Tesa, dann kann man auch im dunkeln bei Licht lüften. Die Wohnung ist im hinteten Bereich des Hofs und damit ruhig gelegen, das Haus selbst etwas hellhörig, aber ohne Probleme. Wir würden wieder dort buchen, dann aber flexible Tesa Fliegengitter mit bringen.

Appartamento a Marina di Cecina vicino al mare.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento le prime due settimane di settembre, situato davvero vicino al mare, abbastanza carino, arredato in modo semplice, ma funzionale, il soggiorno però, con un piccolo divano posto nella cucina stessa è praticamente inesistente. La cucina è sufficientemente attrezzata, tuttavia le posate erano male assortite e datate, inoltre ho dovuto comprare una nuova grattugia, quella in dotazione non era usufruibile. Ho dovuto comprare anche un mocio per dare in terra perché non c'era neanche uno straccio.

Bella casa in una bella posizione

Bell'appartamento con due camere da letto, cucina e bagno, pulito, sempre fresco poiché non arriva il sole diretto,, in una bella zona a 7-8 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, con alcuni supermercati, bar e negozi nelle vicinanze. La proprietaria è stata gentile e precisa.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento per una settimana e siamo stati davvero molto soddisfatti. Posizione perfetta e comoda sia per la vicinanza con il mare che per tutti gli altri servizi utili. Apprezzati luminosità e ventilazione dei locali e il posto auto. Unico suggerimento lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti prodotti per pulizia. Comunque grazie davvero per averci permesso di godere di un sereno soggiorno. Lo consigliamo !

Aufenthalt im September 2020 in Marina di Cecina

Wir waren im September eine Woche als Familie zu dritt in Marina di Cecina. Die Wohnung liegt optimal nur 300 m entfernt vom schönen Strand. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und man kann in dieser problemlos eine wunderschöne Zeit verbringen. Sie war ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl und sehr ruhig zum Schlafen.

Una bella vacanza rilassante

Casa di medie dimensioni confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. L'appartamento, con posto auto riservato, è situtato in un complesso condominiale vicino alla spiaggia (facilmente raggiungibile a piedi); è abbastanza fresco e ventilato e i letti sono comodi. I proprietari son stati molto cortesi e professionali. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Tutto nel migliore dei modi. Accoglienza puntuale e gentile. L'appartamento e' ben strutturato,cosi' pure l'arredo nuovo. Posizione ottimeeea per il mare e il riposo di tutta la famiglia. Piccolo suggerimento: migliorare l'attrezzatura domestica per la pulizia quotidiana, eventuale microonde e zanzariere alle due finestre delle camere da letto.
